DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

An account is always required to place an order on wooxstore.com.au By setting up an account, you have easy access to your order, faster returns, as well as quicker check out next time. You cannot check-out as a Guest.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION (E-MAIL, ADDRESS AND PASSWORD)?

To manage your personal information, log in to your account and go to the “MyAccount” section of your personal profile. Then select the information that you wish to change.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE; WHAT CAN I DO?

Don’t worry, creating a new password is easy. Click on “Forgot your password?", enter the e-mail address used to register on the website and click on “Submit”. You will then receive an e-mail containing a new password. For security reasons, we recommend that you change the password received from your WOOX Account immediately. If you are having trouble finding the e-mail containing your new password, please check your SPAM folder.
